DAVID ROWE, MBA

David Rowe, MBA, is Vice President,
Marketing with WebMD Healthcare Services Group. David has more than
15 years of experience in product development and marketing. He
has worked with small and large companies including Fortune 500
publisher, Harcourt Brace, and most recently, with healthcare information
service provider, WebMD. From 1991-99, he was publisher of Oregon
Business magazine, and president of its parent company – Mediamerica.
Additionally, He has been an active participant in the region’s
business community. He was a co-founder of the Oregon Entrepreneurs
Forum, and served as Chairman in 1994-95. He was also a co-founder
and finance chair of the AEA’s Oregon Technology Benchmarks
initiative. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at UC San Diego,
La Jolla. He was an Ames Scholar at Portland State University’s
Graduate School of Business, where he majored in the Management
of Innovation & Technology, and graduated as a member of the
Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. |
