Jeff Johnson

Jeff holds a PhD degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Portland State University with an emphasis on organizational behavior and management science. Jeff teaches courses in leadership, organizational behavior, organizational design and development, employee motivation, and team processes. He has also published organizational psychology research. Jeff is a founding partner of SHAPE Consulting with experience in assessing leadership potential, creating employee performance management systems, designing training systems, facilitating group/team development, and assessing employee motivation. |
