- Download and submit the completed PSU Application
for Admission & Records http://www.pdx.edu/admissions/graduate.html
- A $50 non-refundable application fee. The fee is good for one year.
- One official transcript, in its unopened transcript envelope, from
each college and university attended except PSU.
- International students whose first language is not English and who do not have a bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. institution are required to supply PSU with official TOEFL scores sent directly from the Educational Testing Service. The minimum score required on the computer-based test is 213.
