- Complete the online SBA application. The application can be
found at the following URL: https://www.webapp.sba.pdx.edu/onlineapplication.htm.
- One official transcript in its unopened transcript envelope, from
each college and university attended except PSU.
- Official GMAT score report sent from the Educational Testing Service
to the SBA. For test preparation and appointment information, go to
http://www.mba.com. See GMAT

- A petition for any extraordinary circumstances that might influence
consideration of the applicant.
- Two letters of recommendation and a one-page essay
of intent from the student. Send the recommendations in their original,
unopened envelopes along with your transcripts and essay to the School
of Business. For guidelines, visit the GMAT website at http://www.mba.com
and read about recommendations and essays under "Apply Effectively."
- A standard resume describing your work experience and the caliber of your responsibilities. There are no recommendations for length of format -- please use your own creativity and judgement keeping in mind that you are applying for a position in a graduate-level business program.
