Osaka, Japan: Fall Quarter 2005
Undergraduate Business Students
(majors, minors, & non-admitted)
The School of Business and the Office of International Education Services are pleased to announce an exchange program with Kansai Gaidai University (KGU), specifically designed for PSU business students.
KGU is located midway between Osaka , Japan ’s second largest commercial center and Kyoto , the ancient capital of Japan . This places KGU bridging the new Japan and the old Japan , making it a place where commerce and culture meet. The university was founded in 1945 and enrolls approximately 13,000 students. KGU has the largest international program in Japan , with more that 250 university exchange partners worldwide. Their courses are taught in ENGLISH.
The exchange program offers PSU business students the opportunity to earn 12-21 credits of coursework, offered in English, which can be applied either to your SBA requirements or you university requirements. You can apply your financial aid to this program. It is possible that KGU courses could be used for BA Core Requirements and/or Courses that will count within your major/minor. The SBA will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum possible credit toward your business degree, whether you are a business major, business minor or not yet admitted into the School of Business.
