How to Run a DARS Report

  1. Click on the PSU Information System.
  2. Enter your PSU ID and PIN
  3. Click on "LOGIN"
  4. Click on "Student Services & Financial Aid"
  5. Click on "DARS" (Degree Audit Reporting System)
  6. Click "Submit an Audit"
  7. Select college or school from the pull-down menu
  8. Select your degree from the pull-down menu
  9. Select your major from the pull-down menu
  10. Select your appropriate bulletin year from the pull-down menu. See Choosing a Bulletin Year for more information.
  11. Click on the "Run Analysis" button
  12. Click on the "View Submitted Audits" button
  13. Click on the "Refresh the List" button every couple of minutes until your audit returns
  14. Click on the audit under "View Link". This will bring back the audit you requested.

If you see a message on the audit about the University Studies Placement not being set, please send an email to askdars@pdx.edu . Include your name and student ID number and a message indicating that your UNST placement needs to be set.
